Megathread SRS and GRS surgeons and associated horrors - the medical community of experimental surgeons, the secret community of home butchers

  • 🐕 I am attempting to get the site runnning as fast as possible. If you are experiencing slow page load times, please report it.
My favourite part of this thread are the surgeries so bizarre and comedic that you don't even begin to understand how and why somehow would do it. Like, why would bolt-ons give you those scars?
I'm pretty sure I've seen trannies straight up say "My local hospital couldn't slot me in until June but I have a friend who got hers done in TJ for $500 cash and no wait soooooo...."

Just because you were stripped of your license to practice in every US state is no reason to put the knife down.

First a year long waiting list for a $60000 mutilation surgery.

Then another waiting list while paying “experts” to sign a death warrant.
But at least the problem solves itself. Baby steps, one day even Canuckistan can see they can skip the first step. BTW never has Paul's warning "The wage of sin is death" been more literal.

God imagine how it's going to be for the entire death and funeral business. Every time one of these corpses come in I could see the mortician calling all the employees over so everyone can gawk at these monstrosities.
And each of them will be dressed up as their birth sex, per their relatives' request.

they refused to give me IV nutrients even though I hadn’t eaten or slept in 5 days
He wants another portal for sepsis? Just stick in a nasogastric tube instead!

It's hypertrophic scarring. Caused by poor wound healing. It probably got infected due to improper wound care.
As for the length of them? Probably an incompetent butcher. It does look like his skin did stretch a lot though.

I thought his dick was a yam at first.

A literal hamhole on a ham planet troon, and of course he has to let us know that he's squirting some kind of liquid from his unholy pelvic gash!

Language means a lot to autists. So I think it should be forced to call these surgeries what they are.

None if these cutesy "top bottom" surgery names.

No, it's a mastectomy. You are removing your breasts.
It's not a bottom surgery. It is a surgery that cuts your dick open and inverts it, sometimes with the colon. It's a surgery that removes a functional part of your arm and turns it into a tube on your abdomen

"Before this guy I heard his predecessor, Mernard, referred to as the Butcher of Montreal. This guy

That's funny. For some reason, I thought it was Brassard who had that nickname. But I guess it's been applied to both of them over the years.

I think Brassard also specializes in convincing people to go for "zero depth" procedures, so he can squeeze in two customers per day.

The Montreal clinic was raking in the taxpayer dollars for years as the sole clinic in Canada doing bottom surgeries. They do have a longstanding reputation for not communicating with local doctors when complications arise. And lots of complications arise. (Part of why they convince people to go zero depth, I imagine.)

Who all remembers the axe wielding troon who tried to set the clinic on fire after his surgery?

But people kept going, because they were the only clinic in Canada, and the government pays to send them there. (Some provinces would reimburse a trip overseas, if you had money to pay upfront.)

They're not the only game in town anymore though. I skipped a few pages, are there any reviews in yet on Genoway in Vancouver? (Or the Toronto clinic-- who's the surgeon there?)

Literally the worst implant surgery ive ever seen I have no idea what the fuck these scars are.

This an MTF who has scars like under the implants going all the way around.

Looks like a breastreduction for loose skin and then an augmentatiom. The flabbyness of the bathtub pic suggest, that this dude used to be a massive fatty.

Horrifying! and first thing his "garment" did was remind me of this

Well… Even if the only reason he tries to convince people to get the zero depth surgery is greed, it’s still overall a good thing and he’s doing these freaks a favor.

The zero depth option is the one with the least complications and probably delivers the highest quality of life.

(Though all this is relative of course. As In: It delivers the highest quality of life AFTER UNNECESSARILY HAVING CUT OFF YOUR DICK!)

Big controversy on r/metoidioplasty over being told they have baby dicks

To be fair, getting upset and defensive over being told you have a tiny penis is a very male thing to do.

Anway I tried the link and apparently r/metoidioplasty has been banned for being unmoderated.

I couldn't find an archive of the sub, but I saved an archive of r/dohipsoutme's most recent posts, just to give a good cross-section of her retardery.

Here is a good one, where she thinks secretly tainting men's food will magically make them grow C-cups. Isabella Janke's even more fucked up twin, perhaps?

Welp, I'm MATI before noon. Normal, sane mothers who aren't able to breastfeed their children usually feel guilt and sadness even though it isn't their fault because they know that their child is being deprived not only of important nutrients made by the body just for them, but also of crucial bonding and development. Meanwhile psychopathic troons like this one intentionally start growing a child in their testosterone-atrophied womb knowing damn well they can't feed it, and pose smugly for it while no doubt being applauded by fellow tranny lunatics. :(

Even if you put giant amounts of estrogen into the water supply - men won't grow large breasts from it. Also note how this dumb woman implies that too much estrogen is bad for male bodies. Very transphobic of her.

Holy shit I didn't even know breast implants could scar that badly. They are uneven too, did the surgeon have shaky hands? Is the bar for "gender-affirming surgery" that low now?

Also I gotta say, I am so tired of reading gender-special terminology. Non-binary MILF? I know certain words have lost their meaning long ago but FUCK. It's not quirky and funny anymore, it's just headache-inducing. Mothers are female, therefore they are binary, stop culturally appropriating pornstar culture you ugly, unwashed FREAKS.
There are several things that could have contributed to the scars we see here:
  • Patients skin, immune system (Some people are more prone to more scar tissue/ keloids than others. This freak also has a more subcutaneous fat resulting in a 'flabby' appearance of the body. If they lost weight, it would increase the chances of a better cosmetic outcome. )
  • Doctors suture and surgical technique (looks like a dentist attempted to do it with a chainsaw )
  • Poor post-op care (not following instructions, theres a reason why you're not supposed to exercise after surgery, it can cause MORE scar tissue to form, not keeping incisions clean etc.)

I know I’ve seen a couple of posts about the guy at WCH in Toronto. They were pleased with their surgery… but given the delusion and cope of most of these guys being thrilled with being absolutely mangled, that’s not saying much.

One month post-op - abdominal w/ Dr. Gupta. Details in comments

In spite of the hellish nightmare my surgical experience has been, it hasn't been a total write off. I have a dick! I'm fairly pleased, though from the looks of things I didn't get the size I was told I would have and I don't like how the incisions were placed- I feel like it makes my stomach look weird. The left is pretty perfect but on the right the incision line is much lower and that makes it stick out a lot more. I kind of hate it but there's not anything I can really do at this point in time. I did also end up with some scars on my dick that I wasn't expecting so that's been kind of weird to adjust too as well.

My dick has a bit of a curve from the uneven incisions and having to pack straight up has made it worse, but as I'm able to spend some time not packing it's straightening itself out. It looks so much better than it did a week and a half ago.

I had some stitches split before I even came around after surgery. It started out as a 1"x.5" area of open skin and has been healing slowly. I had some minor wound separation and after three weeks that's ~98% closed.

Sensation is okay so far, fair in the bottom ~half. I had an ilioinguinal nerve hookup but it was never really explained to me what that means in terms of sensation so that's a fun little journey I'm on.

The thing I'm probably happiest about is how good I look in basketball shorts now.
