It does seem she hates fat people. Maybe their flesh is more difficult to cut and sew, but Shive's results on fatties look way worse than the others, very zig-zaggy, haphazard and sloppy. It wouldn't be surprising if she is doing a bad job on purpose, or maybe just has such a shitty attitude when working on them that she doesn't give a fuck how their results turn out.

Then she poses with them in their after photos, smiling like everything is just great. Truly psychotic.

I’d say it’s roughly 50/50. Half of them are like that crazy troon girl I posted about in the SRS thread and love to show off their zippertits.

The other half, who usually seem to be very young girls, post the most retarded explanations for their scars.

Nah, she is not evil. It's business as usual and a bit of professional interest, because no other medical sphere allows you that much freedom of experimentation with that little actual responsibility. Your local surgeon will never get to pull off what srs surgeon do without going to jail but those guys are encouraged to experiment...by their own guinea pigs! Also, a bit of fame does not hurt.

I admit that perhaps she is a bit of psychopathic, in terms of having a hard time with empathy. Actually I have heard that many docs do, since it's hard to get a knife into a living being without being at least a tiny bit of psychopathy in you. Btw, I see that we know little about her personal life, which could indirectly confirm that empathy troubles.

I've lost all faith in humanity. Thousands donated to "gender affirming care" just in that one screenshot. There are a disheartening number of campaigns trying to raise funds for cancer treatment, funeral expenses, housefires... the list goes on because American healthcare is a joke. People die because they can't afford vital healthcare. Yet people would rather spend their money on "life saving" troon surgery.

I hope they get to a point like Fencing Academies of old where they packed hay into the wounds to make the scars more gnarly.
