Yeah, and being Ana makes your tits basically nonexistent, especially if they started early on in life. And if one had tiny tits, aa-a-maaaaybe small b cup, the procedure would be very different from average to large to obese boobas. It’s called a key hole I think, and they only need a small incision on the sides, not the extra obvious one that results in zipper tits. Ofc there’s still gonna be a scar, but far less noticeable than that of a dddd cup land whale. (Don’t quote me on this, but I think if your tits are really small you might still get to keep the nipples after key hole. They chop the nipples off in normal procedures to put them back “where it’s supposed to be on a man”)
on another hand, why would anyone still get the surgery if they have AA or A cup to begin with? This is a purely rhetorical question, because I’ve seen retarded people around me do it, more than TWICE!!?. It’s already rare to see western women with AAto A cups.Anyways, the Ana ftm still get titty chops, but since the procedure is different it looks less abominable and noticeable, thus less made fun of, less unbelievably distressing to catch attention. And if they’ve starved themselves since 12, there won’t be much booba to begin with
