I see this tard hasn't seen the stats from the UK census that says trannies are much more likely to be convicted of sex crimes than "cis" men...

I like how he also brushes aside the threat to women by putting criminal men in with vulnerable women. Criminals aren't exactly known for making good choices. I'd like to see stats on the type of redicivism. Does crime committed by one person tend to escalate over time? How many rapists start out with grand theft auto or other more petty crimes?

Are the men who transfer into women's prisons transfering because they intend to rape or does it become a crime of circumstance?

Why aren't trannies/men focusing on making prisons safe for men? I know they don't care about rapes of women which is why they think it's okay to put foxes among the chickens (trannies raping women is a feature not a bug), but if they are really concerned about rape among men in prison why aren't they trying to do something about that? I know the answer to that is because real activism is hard, thankless work and narcs don't care about what happens to other people only what does or might happen to them.

There's gonna be more angry troons and TRAs tonight, as the UK government has updated their guidelines for tranny prisoners.

Now, no troon with male genitals will be allowed to serve their time in a women's prison. Also, no troon, regardless of genitalia, will be allowed to serve time in a women's prison if they've been convicted of a sexual offence. That said, they did also add an "exceptional circumstances" clause, but I don't know what an example of that would be.

An interesting development;

Transgender women who cannot be held safely in either the male or female estate can be held in a specialist unit.

So what this is basically saying is that if trans women can't safely be held in the women's prison or men's prison, they can go to a special trans women prison?

That in theory would be an outcome everyone would be happy with, right? They're not at the risk trans women would face in a men's prison - which is the primary concern everyone has, right - and they also get to be gender affirmed by sharing a prison with other women, because trans women are women. There couldn't possibly be any objections about this, right? You'd only have an objection if you had some other reason for wanting trans women to be housed with cis women, right?
