Kevin looks like a very ugly man even when he's using filters. That is an achievement of sorts.
Don't bother trying to make sense of it, it's another stupid label that an AGP came up with and they all adopted the label too because they can't think for themselves. I gotta sperg here, I’m big on the environment. No Kevin, the point of this is not to tax the poor, it’s to encourage people to bring their own reusable bags. But he’s too retarded to remember to bring his! It’s not that fucking hard, just get some and throw them in the car. When you go to the store, you take them with you into the store, and throw them into the shopping cart. When you check out, put the items directly into bags. I have been doing this for years. In fact, it’s not only better for the environment, but it just makes the process of loading the car and bringing the bags in the house so much easier, because you’ve got bags that can hold more. I think that poor people have them bags too, so I’m not sure why he’s crying about taxing the poor.
Also, his solution is somewhat decent when you think about it, but unfortunately the bag recycling program would likely cause many issues in practice. People would definitely abuse the system, and stores would know this and not want to take the risk of implementing it. As for paper bags, I don’t know if the government can actually force all stores to use them exclusively.
