I think the issue is not that the the trustee knows about her channel or she pays her taxes to CRA, it is that under the bankruptcy, she is allowed only a certain of money and the rest goes to the trustee.

I am at an impasse in this because;

1 - cow-tipping and its gay

2 - As someone in the finance field with experience in audit. There is only so much an auditor and trustee can do because it is incredibly time-consuming to prepare but also negotiate with colleagues on how to approach it. Meeting prep can last hours and on top of that you have other cases to deal with. Now put this in a 9 - 5 timescale and you can imagine how quickly that amount of time shrinks.

Canadian citizens especially have every right to report Chantal because she is a resident in their country and openly tax dodges/ hides assets or does not declare. You just cannot add things to bankruptcy as that period is declared and her mindset is a very classic mindset of how 99% approach it. The reason why so many countries have a "report" function for fraud or irregularities is simply accountants have huge workloads and there is a huge shortage approaching too as a lot of boomers who already were holding back their retirement are retiring. it is a very litigious job that yes pays very well but it is very focused and whilst I am dubious of the communications. Trustees if contacted will actually respond with

"Thank you for contacting me, if you have evidence or material that is relevant to this feel free to contact me at x" They will look at it but it will be very surface level, if there is a lot though they will hand it to a junior who will note take evidence and present it to them. now bare in mind this is in Europe but accounting follows universal habits and practices.

In this instance, I am very much fair game. Yes as @Turd Fergusson says the Trustee will take ire with that money could have been garnished to reduce the bankruptcy discharge. She could have paid it all by now easily and that is most likely the point of contention if true her discharge will ultimately be denied. Hiding assets especially before discharge is something taken very seriously and with Covid gone she is fucked. For context bankruptcies during Covid were sky-high and a lot of illegal ones got discharged because as I mentioned before time and a stretched system. Now she will have a repaired system on her. She is probably shitting herself and she has to attend this hearing too else they will just hold it on later on.

If you do the math of GUNT doing things properly, of a $12k wages, 30% would go to the current year tax, you have $8k left, than half of everything over $2.4 would go to the trustee leaving GUNT with around $5k, that wouldn't even pay for the uber eats and daily wheelchairs.
She for sure wasn't doing whatever she supposed to, never.
If she's going to see any consequences is the question, but I would like to see the trustee face when she asks to add the Kia, phone bills, 2 years taxes and credit cards to the second bankruptcy and dismiss everything now, so she doesn't need to bother with a third one and can sponsor her brown man and go to the Maldives.
