Please link me to the official UN definition of genocide that includes "moving people" in it.
And, jsut to satisfy you, I dispute the assertion.

In the present Convention, genocide means any of the following acts committed with intent to destroy, in whole or in part, a national, ethnical, racial or religious group, as such :
(a) Killing members of the group;
(b) Causing serious bodily or mental harm to members of the group;
(e) Deliberately inflicting on the group conditions of life calculated to bring about its physical destruction in whole or in part;
(e) Imposing measures intended to prevent births within the group;
(f) Forcibly transferring children of the group to another group.
Most of that reads like trying to murder people, not moving them about. Granted, (f) does fit in a narow sense but by and large genocide is defined as killing ethnic groups/races and preventing the procreation of those groups.
