His deliberate vocal fry amuses me. I know he thinks it makes him sound more feminine, but it only makes him sound stupid and unconfident about what he's saying. Women who want to be heard and taken seriously speak with an authoritative voice, not a creaky one. No normal person would mistake a woman who speaks confidently and professionally for a man, but Tony is an AGP, so he thinks all women sound like bimbos. He's prioritizing sounding like a valley "girl" over sounding like an intelligent "woman" who's passionate and confident about the message "she's" trying to convey.
