Well you wanted your balls off. You’d have had a better result doing it yourself with a rusty spoon. I am not so sure that this wound is healthy though. Look at the discolouration on the inner thigh (his left, right of the picture.) now that could yes just be bruising but it could also be the start of something really horrible like four let’s gangrene. The swelling and fluid as well.
Let’s hope he heals that up and they’re pumping him full of every IV antibiotic known to humanity. Wait I r just read it again and they’re culturing it before giving him anything.,,

Divorce rape is actually the first thing that comes to mind for me. Personally I find the devaluation of the word to be somewhat ridiculous. Yeah, your wife leaving you and taking the kids and house is traumatic, but I dunno if it would be as traumatic as another man holding you down in a back alley and sodomizing you as you helplessly scream.

this is kinda what I was thinking. As for the intentional/knowing HIV thing, to me that's criminal, but not rape. (Unless there's actual rape involved of course.) For my tranny example, I'm thinking of a sober enough, rational enough man hooking up with what he thinks is an ugly/weird-looking woman. I mean, maybe it's criminal or maybe it's just shitty for the tranny to intentionally not disclose--I guess it depends. But shouldn't the guy at some point get some indication that this is not a chick?

I have had a lot to think about in the last few weeks. I have fully come clean about much of my transition to my friends and family. I explained a lot of really extreme mistakes I made because of my dysphoria.​

I don't know why the hell everyone is down voting this. It's very optimistic and thank you. And you're right, it does not look that bad right now it's just gory and people aren't used to seeing it.​
The infection is taken out and that is what matters.​

Just be as healthy as possible and demand that they give you antibiotics the day the surgery is over. There was no protocol to give antibiotics post these procedures for the hospital I am in. So maybe that wad what my problem was. But I also decided to start combusting weed one day after my pain got really bad instead of just vaping it like I had been doing. And that was also the day that stuff started to become infected so maybe I was at fault. I do not know, but as far as fighting infections and being ready for surgery, just be as healthy as you can be, be the weight you want to be before you have the surgery, drink water all the time and eat three balanced meals a day.​
But again I've been seen a few times now by the urologist and they say it looks very good It's just scary​

oh i’ve already had surgery. they didn’t give me any antibiotics which makes me worried. i guess if you noticed infection shortly after surgery then i’m good? i haven’t noticed anything except for a little swelling.​

Yeah just keep an eye out for things like redness getting deeper, swelling starting back up again, discharge that is pussy or green or brown or yellow possibly, but even then if it doesn't smell bad sometimes it's just your body working through healing.​
I had a very complicated package down there for many reasons, I have had past complications and whatnot so I think most people will not experience what I have.​

Sure! First of all I took about a year and a half considering what I wanted to do as far as bottom surgery, and I concluded that I didnt want a vaginoplasty, so I have no need for the scrotal skin.​
also my dysphoria in the past led me to physically abuse myself down there pretty intensely for many years, so the skin was scarred stretched out etc and overall just not anything I could see as feminine. It just felt super hyper male.​
As a frame of reference my scrotum and testes were about the size of a softball or grapefruit.​

I totally feel that. I had the “bag of worms” down there that made it appear I had 5 testicles bigger than any mans. I’ve never been able to tuck the left side. You’ll do anything to get rid of it. I’m so happy for you!​

Yeah you want to meet with a doctor, it's pretty cut and dry, so you shouldn't have much of an issue, although in my case I ended up getting an infection and having to have a second surgery; I just now had the wound finish healing.​
Depending on where you're at you will probably need a note from your therapist or primary care doctor. Barf.​

Typically you would need to be referred from your primary care doctor anyway, and they would know better, and possibly surgeons who work with trans people specifically. But yes, I used a urologist in Portland Oregon, at OHSU.​

Theres an animated explaination of the procedure somewhere in this thread that shows the idea, without all the ISIS level gore of an actual surgery video.
Basically how you described, this troons basketball dairy does give you a good idea.
