There are only two reasons I can see for her not wanting pictures right now.
Either she is looking very tired from the flight (she is surprising vain after all) and/or is dealing with Rozy and all that entails.
Or she has some bruises or marks that need to heal before she (and he) are willing to post evidence.

They are both possible, but given all that has happened still pretty unlikely. She isn't there, and the underage prostitutes of Rome are in for a unique experience.

I suppose it's entirely possible that he dumped them off at their hotel then went out for a drink by himself (a bit sad but expected) and since he has no one to talk to, he's just hollerin' at Twitter people to fill the time since he can't converse with the locals.
