I'd have to dig up where it is but I think the land is pretty cheap, like maybe $10~20,000 total. I can't imagine the taxes are that much for it since it's undeveloped. People keep bringing up Gunt’s properties but what they do t understand is that he doesn’t own them outright. He owns a percentage interest in them. In the case of the Crack Shack he owns a 50% interest in that along with his retarded brother. In the case of the Ralphaswamp it’s more like 17% because he shares ownership with his brother and uncle and maybe other relatives. He can’t borrow against that percentage ownership and he can’t sell it unless it’s to one of the other owners. As far as taxes go they’re minimal since these properties aren’t worth shit and I think his uncle takes care of all that.
