Well, there is also the fact she (correctly) realizes the only people wanting to see this are people who want to see Iddubz have his teeth kicked in. Meth And Skin Damage

I can't help but cringe so hard at the social awkwardness that is embodied in this photo. The blood on his shirt, which means he got hurt, wiped his face, then made a conscious choice to be like "hey Anisa, take a photo of me, I look tough". Took the time to tuck his shirt back in, and pose for a photo. The severely receding hairline attempted to be masked by growing his hair out is the icing on the cringe cake.
