These people are literally no different than any other idiot on Twitter with an opinion, at this point they're just as ill informed as well. The only difference is that they're more spoiled and have a way more overinflated sense of self importance.

Ultimately this should just be a public info thing, not a court thing. In a saner climate the other side would have an equal platform to say "No, what this person is saying isn't true" but obviously the whole process is reliant on conducting discourse with a gag in the mouth of wrongthinkers and a megaphone in the hand of rightthinkers.

Anyways, why wouldn't people unironically respond to Dynastia? He's never once posted anything that wasn't earnest in his nearly 10 years of using this website. Not one single time.

Null probably wont be able to sue bros, an often successful defense against libel is that a persons reputation is already so ruined that he cannot possibly be further harmed by any libel even if what was said was proven to be libellous.

A successful court case requires two things generally:
  1. That the thing actually did happen
  2. That a person was financially harmed by it
Null is what is known as being "defamation proof" because his reputation has, because of sites like Mother Jones, (((journalists))) and troomers, been so badly ruined that nothing anybody says, true or not, could lower his reputation any further. Null could not prove being financially harmed because hes already been irreversibly harmed by the niggermedia long before this article.

Mother Jones might have defamed him, but Null's rep was in the drink long beforehand. In an ideal world journalists would not be able to lie and then protect themselves from the consequences of lying by saying "hes defamation proof because of our lies" but we don't live in an ideal world. The legal system is rigged against people like Null.

If Null succesfully sues and gets money out of Ali or Mother Jones that isnt legal fees, I will film myself yelling Nigger in an airport. You can screenshot this and hold me to it.

I'm curious. The article was archived just after it was published. Is there a way to check for stealth edits or is it just a matter of going line through line? We know they won't acknowlege any edits.

How do these “journalists” sleep at night knowing they just completely phoned in their little popcorn article? Completely lying about basically everything?

I couldn't even begin to fathom doing that at my job — not just from an integrity standpoint, but my ass would probably be kicked to the curb for something this egregious.

99% of journalists are human scum, and it’s only because of people like Taibbi and Greenwald that it isn’t 100%.

Not a single person who calls themselves as misinformation journalist cares about the truth. I'm sure there's a term for when someone says something about themselves and it actually means the opposite, and that's what they are. All any of them care about is pushing a narrative, and claiming the truth is misinformation is how they make it sound good.

What posters do here is actual misinformation journalism. And shitposting - lots and lots of shitposting. But posters here will take what someone has said, line it up against the facts, and show where the gaps are. It's 99.9% done not by doing anything but taking what someone has said where anyone can see it, and then comparing it to other public information, most often something they've also shared, publicly, about themselves.

Examples from this article include: watching Lucas' description of his 'swatting', as well as that of his ex, frequently change, comparing what people who were there say Chloe Sagal's final statement was about vs. 'friends' later claiming to know what she really was thinking, posting Becky's Twitter feed to show how often she contradicts herself, and comparing the two sides of a 'confrontation' betwen a known embezzler and liar, including his own previous boasting about the event, his intentions at the time and how armed he was, none of which makes it into the article, vs. Null reporting what happened while he was taking a shit.

I've said it before, but to call Farmers journalists is to sully the good name of Farmers. That simple effort to even just look at what people have said previously, what they're saying now, and comparing the two is more than modern journalism is capable of, and is anathema to 'misinformation' journalism. Getting to call everyone faggots is just gravy.

There's absolutely no damages done to us by saying that we drive people to suicide so winning a court battle, or even getting past the bar of entry, is incredibly difficult to non-existent. There's also the fact that the only damages we would sustain is if we were to sue Ali Baba we would have to fully dox ourselves and that's when the horde would have an easy target to go after. We couldn't blame Ali on that. All of this is focused on driving Null and the site out of existence.

Even by shitpiece standards this one was bad, the amount of misinformation in that piece is outrageous. 2/10 apply yourself.

I am thankful this site exists just to see how much it makes people like Ali seethe. Also looks like nigger contacted half of Stinkditch for the piece, enjoy troons spamming your inbox forever. Truly terrible "journalism".
