Honestly, the only reason I'd ever fork over any money to Jeffrey is so I can archive a bunch of dead threads that you can only use the Archives upgrade for. I'd stay far, far away from actually posting in that shithole.

I wouldn't pay actual money to post on it, but the way you can't see archived threads without coughing up fifteen fucking dollars is greedy as shit. Nice job fleecing your userbase, Jeff.

Guess I'm outing myself here, but I'll say that I'm one of the very, very few zoomers (and leaving it at that) who happens to know what Something Awful is. 99.9% of them, on the other hand, don't give a shit or have no reason to do so.

I'd love to see Jeffrey do this unironically, if only because of the titanic wave of fail it would bring. It's weird to think that SA has been shambling around like a corpse on the Internet longer than I've been alive.

God, I feel old. How stupid is that?

Why the fuck would anyone want to pay Jeff to read/post on SA? All the original and created content was created decades ago and now it's just autistic trannies arguing over which dictators dick is the best tasting, and if you're into that sort of debate then reddit is free.

When SA was hot shit 15-20 years ago and a lot of people wanted to post there they could get away with this. They didn't the memo that they're no longer relevant.

The Danganronpa LP was one of the last good things Lowtax did for the internet. He waited for a big plot twist to be posted and then immediately put up the paywall to piss off all the Tumblr users.
