RPGnet is a nearly 20 year old website that has a SJW-heavy staff in charge of a group of spergy autists who take D&D way too seriously.
It first came to my attention after a thread on White Male Terrorism in gaming went up, with Gamerghazi levels of pearl clutching. This has since been hidden from unregistered users, because the mods realized people might laugh at them.
However, evidence of the sperginess can still be found in the infraction records forum:

One upon a time, there was a trans girl by the name of Kynn Bartlett, a.k.a. Caoimhe Snow, who called herself Duck Call Lass on RPGNet. Like all SJWs, she loved to use her identity as a bludgeon. Among other such feminist crusades, she enjoyed calling out the lake of female representation in D&D’s Monstrous Manual. Apparently there weren’t any girl goblins or transfem genderqueer dragons.

She even tried to kickstart a feminist RPG. But what was most striking about her was that she raped her partner back in 2011, and quickly cast herself as the victim.

She promptly posted a lengthy non-apology blaming her depression on the incident, while still maintaining she was the victim.

RPGNet quickly flew to Duck Call Lass’ defense, and promptly banned all discussion of the topic and said that "nobody on the forum could confirm her guilt or innocence, only the courts can." I guess “listen and believe” doesn’t count when the accusations are levied upon one of your own.

It took four more years of SJW shitposting on RPGNet before the mods finally had enough and gave her the boot.

Be careful about posting on RPGNet, kiwis. Even suggesting that GamerGate might not be the reincarnation of the Schutzstaffel is grounds for a permaban. And God help you if you disagree or criticize the hivemind!

This is just one of the many threads where people complained about the board culture being shit, which was promptly locked and bans handed out.

Got banned from RPG forums around the time of GG, can't recall if it was for not being critical enough of it or complaining that we couldnt honestly discuss the issue. I honestly didnt give a shit, the whole duck call thing shows they can't put their money where the mouth is when it comes to social justice and whenever it shows in games it's total fucking cringe. The gamergate refernace in the latest nWoD saved me 40 odd bucks.

There was a recent thread written by a DM, announcing that he had discovered that one of his friends in his gaming group was a Gamergate supporter. He discovered this after friending him on facebook and seeing him post pics of Vivian James and gamergate links. This spooked him, so he asked the community what to do. According to him, the gator in question had never said anything sexist, got along well with everyone, and stood up for the females in their group sessions when dealing with some jerks in the past.

The overwhelming consensus was that while he might not have done anything wrong YET, he was still part of a terrorist hate group and needed to be kicked out before he doxed their female members online.

RPG.net is just The Mary Sue with a few elements of tabletop gaming pasted on. Every other thread is just "All white people should be killed!" or "All hetero sex is rape!" I even once talked with someone there who claimed they became physically sick whenever they saw a white person in gaming books, to the point of saying it had given them PTSD.

I have been lurking in various online and offline tabletop communities for an eternity, particularly D&D and Pathfinder, and you would not believe how personally people can take material that is literally submitted to you to be altered in any way you please, for the sake of creating your own world in the first goddamn place. You know, the reason people tabletop game.

Let's take the Pathfinder Campaign Setting for instance, Golarion, which was mentioned above because everyone was like "OMG ITZ RULLY RACIS U GUIZS." There were mostly complaints because this one continent was seen as a shitty racist caricature of Africa. Shitty it is, I would grant anyone, but the reason they criticized it as so heavily as racist?

It was full of black people and some of them lived in tribes. An essentially evil (technically neutral which I guess was triggering?) white colonial power was oppressing some of them. For bonus points? Their mother country was even LITERALLY IN LEAGUE WITH THE DEVIL (white devil, *cough* cough*.) So Paizo, the company that makes Pathfinder, is going for a "Heart of Darkness" vibe. All these whiny ass kids, however, have internalized their racism and white guilt to such a degree that they ironically can't seem to pick up on precisely where the racial themes are supposed to come in (about imperialism and arbitrary racial divides and so on.)

It's like they are so sensitive to representation of colored people now that the mere sight of the poor oppressed (fictional) blacks worries them to such a degree that they can't even think about portraying them in fiction any longer lest they be...oppressed, somehow? In their private garage setting or table at the con?

Fiction, I remind you, that they not only can rewrite, but they are supposed to for the sake of their own game and imagination. Paizo even is owned by a woman for Christ's sake (Liza Stevens) but that has done nothing to sate the apparently terribly unimaginative SJW horde.

With how things are there, one has to wonder why anyone would even post there outside of wanting to be part of some hugbox. The first and second ban is one that would kill off interest in wanting to join since that means just joking with others is wrong in the eyes of the mods. Same goes with the disagreeing with woman. Some guy brings up a fallacy in a psychologist someone passed off as authority in biology and neuroscience and the mod tries to think it solely means "denying experience" of female posters.

Also I'm amazed these assholes can tolerate WoD gaming in general since at least two of the games have sub-texts of abuse and pretty all of them flirt with dark evil shit which would upset an SJW's feels.

During that whole "white terrorism in gaming" thing where people honestly believed a 13 old girl was gang raped in a Games Workshop while all the gamers chanted "Old enough to bleed, old enough to breed" I created an account there and made a few rather innocuous posts.

I was banned within like 3 hours with the ban reason being "Eh, probably a troll account."
