According to the Mayo Clinic it is possible to have an enlarged heart from Aerobic exercise:

• Aerobic exercise. In some athletes, the heart becomes enlarged as a response to frequent and prolonged exercise. Usually, this type of enlarged heart isn't considered a disease and doesn't need treatment.

But there is still a high possibility that she is lying since; A) there are 11 other causes that the Mayo Clinic lists for an enlarged heart before exercise, and B) it says “athlete” as well as “frequent and prolonged exercise” it doesn’t take a genius to figure out that this body type

is not one which would fit that description.

If you can look at them and think "they're normal now" then you need to get your eyes checked bud.
It's not that they have tattoos, it's that they have the shittiest tattoos money can buy while basically having no spending limit.
