Not approving or saying what Tommi did was right, but is there a chance that having relationships and wide age ranges between people had less stigma in the 70's? I obviously wasn't alive.
Still, even if society was more accepting of say a 18 or 19 year old having sex with a 15 or 16 year old back then, I would be willing to bet that having an 11 year age difference was still viewed as abnormal and was most likely considered bizarre.
I can see it if Tommi was 20 or 21 and the cultural values were different, but not someone who's nearly 30 having sex with a 15 year old.
I'm just trying to think of all sides in terms of the culture at of the time before I pass too much judgement, but no matter how I look at it I'm pretty sure it was deviant back then.
