Yeah we had a good run. But a mix of guilt tripping super bowl event items, buyin a videogame(the horror!), and mixing in his totally real doctor diagnosis rash condition with some pity on the side all blended into one kinda contributed to it in a way.
Not sure which one had the bigger impact though. Maybe people got their monthly checks.

Midfirst bank got the khando and they pulled a huge win over Phil. Not only di the value appreciate they also made Phil pay HOA fees for over a year as well as the lawyers fees (3.000 $) The value rose from 48.000 to nearly 90.000 $. Phil must be seething till this day that Midfirst got his old khando for basically pennies as the original bank sold the mortgage for dirt
