Wait, Ty also never worked for another law firm before founding his own. Vic Mignona may literally have been his first experience of complex civil litigation. Drex seems like the exact kind of person that would adulterize his friend's wife. In texas, legal malpractice claims are handled just like the run of the mill negligence case (duty, breach, causation, damages. Classic 1L shit.).
