The weird thing about Harris. Is that what she sometimes says is nonsensical. Biden, despite his dementia, you can hash out what he's trying to say or lie about. Harris usually says sentences that are just words strung together. Drunken Yeltsin speaking at the Clinton Whitehouse made more sense than her.
