General Discussion for Virtual Youtubers / Vtubers / Chuubas - it's okay to be a simp for 2D, just don't thirstpost.

Over a fucking videogame. look at that wall of text over a fucking videogame. you don't even know that streamer but they immediately assume they're some kind of boogeyman that wants them dead like holy shit how can they live with themselves in that level of paranoia and lack of self awareness. and to Pikamee of all people, Pikamee wouldn't even tell them they're not real women she's just hug them and tell them they're fine as it is. :politisperg:

To the people bitching on the forum you shared, the reason most anons cannot or won't share clips of her fuck-ups is that she has unlisted most of the vods that had them and/or they do not wish to feed the catalogue posters who only have ill intentions as we've seen time and again with limited context clipped out for drama. I mean you only need to spend a day on /vt/ to realise that it's a Holo focused hub.

However this is the farms and fan wars are for faggots.

Zaion since her debut has mentioned recreational party drugs on multiple occasions, spoken about emulation and soft-modifications (including just recently in which she was sharing her third third party plugins for FF) which are major no-nos in Japan. We've got the obvious (((them))) jokes around her name and planned fandom tags, the recent rape joke in her "The Karaoke" stream and just an abundance of other edgy jokes when with her gen-mates. Don't forget she made Ver wax his nuts. Throw in her likes on social media, her open love for Shotas (which while a non-issue for the Japs, likely a huge red flag for western viewers/investors) and misrepresentation of managements words (such as mentioning permissions, using her personal Genshin stream when management said otherwise)...

She had it coming to be blunt.

Zaion did nothing wrong in the sense she's just being normal. She's just not cut out for corporate environment.
Pretty much. It's been two months and of 1/3rd of her streams have either been delisted or edited to amend "errors of judgement" which says a lot. She has great energy and even if she is a Hasan fangirl, seemingly has her head on straight with her sense of humour.

TVA mentioned how one of her suspension was due to using her personal FFXIV account.
While that could be the case, Millie has done something similar but I guess you could argue that was with her indie VTuber character so technically it's still a business character in a sense.

Though Zaion's actual personal FFXIV character remains untouched til this day. (fflogs, she was more active during SB and HW) Zaion's Nijisanji character is probably an old alt that she just repurposed given the account history.

Given her personality/history, I'm not surprised to see this coming. She doesn't really adjust well to new environments knowing her.

wow, most of what she said sounds rather harmless. i would get fired day one for not keeping my mouth shut on topics that's such a nothing burger. hard to entertain people with all those rules.

It's a corporate role in a still developing entertainment industry sector. Everything you say and do is going to be magnified tenfold no matter if the person watching you likes you or not. For many of us, these are just things you expect to encounter from a streamer. Mari Mari drops the hard R during a freestyle and we move on a week later, but that's fine because she's an indie and thus the hit is on her reputation. However Zaion isn't a self-developed creation; she is a product and entity of Nijisanji. She is part of the "experience" being sold to you, the viewer. In an instance, she can be fired or replaced.

I mean half of what I listed above is pathetic, yet I also understand from a business sense why you don't want one of your employers saying these things so brash and openly. Investors, advertisers yadayda. You get the deal.

Yeah, Millie literally rebranded her Lyrica account. I'm just impressed no one went off the schizo rails and said her openly admitting to dating people in XIV and how none of us could handle her for a week because she'd drain our wallets was TMI from a corporate chubba. (I know it's not personally.)
