Innovative fashion is rarely comfortable at first.
She didn't even cut the tag off! Doesn't it irritate her? Can she not feel it?

Whenever I see their gunts coming out of the leg holes of their swim suits, my arms actually feel weak from horror. I think they turn their bottoms around because so many of them end up with a huge front butt while their real backside withers and flattens so they don't need as much fabric back there.
This is exactly the reason!
Or they think showing off the saggy square ass in what would end up a thong is sexy.
This is an "added benefit".

Her mass is so great it’s causing the stretching, curving and dilation of space-time, aka, the black hole belly button.

Wait...Does Jordan's t-shirt say...

I💚BOY PUSSY
... (and, if so, wtf does that actually mean?)

For real, though, I think it's:
"Bussy" = asshole
"Boy pussy" = TiF vagina

The shirt was made by something called "Lemonboy"

And looking into it, it's a "trans erotica" publication:

It’s a gay pedo term that’s been picked up by the queer crowd. It’s gross. An enormous fat woman in a bucket hat walking around proclaiming she loves child genitals is certainly A Choice.

Very telling projection here from Jordan:

She doesn’t seem to understand that punishment is not the same as result.

Say I like cupcakes. If I eat too many, the result is that I will gain weight. I can mitigate that gain by cutting back on cupcakes and being physically active.

Eating a cupcake is not a punishment, it’s an occasional indulgence. Working out is also not a punishment, especially if you do it right. Only terminal deathfats like Jordan see exercise as punishment.

Unexpectedly, Tammy has changed her tune. She is going to track how much protein she is consuming (even recognising that Ilona and commenters told her to eat more protein), and she is going to start taking daily walks.

I have nothing snappy to say about this, I hope she sticks to it. Good for her for at least making an effort to listen to advice.

Tammy could do worse than to actually reach out to Ilona...if not for training/dietary advice, even just for the general support Ilona could provide.

They're both Dutch, and Ilona has covered Tammy for some time now, so she's familiar with some of Tammy's challenges.

Ilona could probably help her if they both got down in the muck about it, but from where I'm sitting Tammy is a lost cause. She says in that new video that she wants to start tracking protein and knows that eating more protein and less carbs will help with her satiation, but then she still eats her 3 slices of bread with butter.

"I just put the butter on the bread because this is how we're taught to do it, I dunno, it's very Dutch." Okay, Tammy.

The bread alone has 600 calories, plus the butter, then she adds cheese to 2 slices and peanut butter to the other one. She knows she needs to have protein and less carbs, so why not cut it back to just 2 slices of bread, and make it one ham and cheese sandwich with mustard or something else low calorie, sans butter? There are very simple tweaks she can make to clean up her diet, but they will require change, motivation, and most of all, will-power that I just don't think Tammy has in her. It would be incredibly frustrating for someone like Ilona to work with someone as disordered and deeply stuck in her ways as Tammy.

"Fat people eat well."

Lady, I just saw you drink two large iced lattes on the same day. Quit lying.
And while it's true that everyone loses mobility as the grow old, losing mobility in your 80s and losing mobility in your 30s are not the same thing. Not even remotely. The only person in for a rude awakening is you Jordan. You are well on your way to early grave.

Way to go Tammy, start your day with 5 servings of Quark and tinned fruit...and that’s where I turned her off. Geez…I wonder why she can’t lose weight. Getting near time this cow got her own thread.

WTAF? I'm at least twice as old as this person and never in my life have I heard that "never over 130 lbs" crap. That's gotta be hard on the talls. Is that really something that is a thing?

Also, stupid attempt at an analogy. We still know when a dog is overweight or obese regardless of breed. Idiot.

"Genetics determines 80% of your weight!"
Isn't amazing how extremely obese people are almost non-existent in places where food is scarce? It's almost like... like there was a strong link between food and weight.

I'll leave this documentary here showing how obesity is on the rise in countries like India, where they have gone from food scarcity and famine to cheap junk food being readily available and now they're facing BOTH obesity and malnutrition: https://youtu.be/uEJwbGBrXfk

Again, it's almost as if the problem was food and not genetics... odd huh?

Tammy need hobbies and a job. She has a fixation on her mental illness and that doesn’t help at all. The thing about Tammy that’s annoying as fuck is that she FEELS like she’s self aware. She thinks that being honest and essentially doing a good ol’ catholic confessional to YouTube every week then that means she’s making progress and doing her “best” but she’s wrong.

She’s using YouTube in a perverse way to alleviate the guilt she feels after a binge. But at the end of the day it’s another tool she’s using to fixate on her binge eating disorder. Documenting her binges, buying the binge food, consuming the binge food, talking about the binge food, sitting in the shame of the binge, confessing her binge to YouTube, it’s like she’s making porn about her own disorder filming it before and after the binge.

If Tammy really wanted to heal from her disorder she would move away from her disorder. She would get a job, hobbies, friends, a life outside the fixation of this disorder. She wouldn’t sit around her apartment masturbating herself to filming all the stages of her binge with big confessionals. She would actively work on building a life where binge eating isn’t the center of her whole fucking personality.

Except she doesn’t want that. She’s manipulative. She’s exactly where she’s wants to be. Right up the ass of her binge eating disorder.

I've never heard the 130 lb thing. That would definitely not be heavy enough for some of the taller and more fit women I know, unless they became skinny-fat and lost muscle mass.

"What if we treated human weight the way we do dogs?"

Okay.
bcs-chart.jpg
body-condition-chart-dog-HD.png

It's not actually too different for small and large dogs. If the ribs are very visible, the dog can gain some weight. If you can't feel the ribs through fat, and the dog doesn't have a slightly curved in "waist", the dog can lose some weight. Even though a pug is 30 lbs and a lab is 70 lbs, you're still looking for the same signs of obesity.

I once had a gym teacher who said that you don't need a scale to know if you're at a good weight, just a mirror and eyes, and I think that's probably true for most people. It was advice she had for the sporty girls to try to keep us from getting too caught up in the number on the scale when it doesn't matter too much if your weight fluctuates a little bit day to day, and I kind of see that visual test as similar to how we treat dogs. It might get hard to tell exactly what BMI category you're in if you're on the cusp,, but people can usually tell if they're holding too much fat on their frame, and obese people can definitely tell that they should lose weight.

They always say "science says" but never provide the studies. They just say it's out there, do research, link some blog or book opinion. Never provide and analyse primary scientific literature. I REALLY want to see the paper the determined it's 80% genetics, because that is completely contradictory. I am so tired of them bastardizing and flinging "SCIENCE" as a deflection for disagreement.

My favorite is the line I keep seeing parroted "show me one study in the last decade the says being obese is unhealthy". Welp, I just looked and there's one published like a week ago. Scores since the year started. They just pull out lies and expect people to just lap it up, and sadly some do just because they speak with conviction.

The scientific cherry picking is also nauseating. Always comes back to a handful of studies, either misinterpreted or just wrong. Science publications can be wrong, that's the point of science. It's consensus for a reason. The point of a discussion can also be wrong when the data is spot on, all that is is a scientist speculating why. Just because Dr. Joe Bob speculates starvation mode can happen with mild restriction after he induces starvation doesn't mean it's true.

Yeah but to deathfats like her being in your 30's is like being in your 80's for a normal person.

Your body hurts, your joints are giving up, you sleep half the day away and you're just one infection away from dying.

Same story for the tiny island nation of Nauru. Literally the fattest nation out there because of exactly the same thing. These people, traditionally, ate fish and taro which were their staple foods. They powered their canoes by muscle and burned a lot of calories that way.

Fast forward to today with frozen convenience foods and they're all getting fat because that's what they choose to eat.

I once had a gym teacher who said that you don't need a scale to know if you're at a good weight, just a mirror and eyes, and I think that's probably true for most people.
The way I always say to people is judge your weight by how your clothes fit. Too loose or too tight and you either need to gain or lose weight.

When you need to go up a pant size then that's your cue to lose weight.

For once, I want to see one of these lardballs answer a very, very simple question:

"What is a calorie?"

Because, guaranteed, not a single one of these dumbasses know that it's a measure of energy.
To be fair most people don't know it's a measure of heat energy. And that calorie you see in foods is actually a kilocalorie.
