I'd try and check the judge's docket, but California courts require you to pay to read the public case records. I can't even search for the initial complaint to see what exactly Ethan is being accused of without paying first. Not only would paying for that go against the principles underlying the American judicial system in which court proceedings are supposed to be publicly available to even the least in our society, but it would also mean funding the state of California. Fuck that.

The reason H3H3 did all the retarded defamation shit about how Ryan is because Ethan showed a Jake Paul boxing clip from Ryan's Triller video sharing app. Ryan sent a DMCA, so H3H3 made a website comparing him to Harvey Weinstein and encouraged his fans to review bomb Triller.

H3H3 just comes across as unstable. Like he's a second away from sending a death threat or accusing someone of being a rapist, but in a way he thinks is clever. "I didn't call him a rapist, I just said he looks exactly like one so it doesn't count! I also don't apologize and I stand by everything I said."
