Basically that Ryan guy tried to DMCA or sued Ethan for including part of a PPV Jake Paul thing on his podcast. Ethan said it was fair use - fair enough. Fuck knows how it escalated to this, but by appearance Ethan thought it was funny to do things which you can actually get sued for after this Ryan failed to sue him...

I erroneously featured this stating that Klein was suing Kavanaugh. He is not. Klein bought a domain asking if Kavanaugh looks like Harvey Weinstein. Kavanaugh is suing for damages, I believe for defamation. The California anti-SLAPP statute (which is similar to the one in Texas brought down Vic's lawsuit) is very strong, but Kavanaugh has met the burden of evidence to proceed. Klein is now in an expensive phase of proceedings where he must actually argue the facts of the case, and is on the hook for a lot of money.

The judgement is particularly damning because it includes language that is indicative the court already believes Ethan is guilty of the charges and he is now fighting a losing battle.



It also references statements that Ethan has made on his H3 podcast after the lawsuit was initiated and that he could incur additional damages every time a knowingly false statement was made on H3. From what his fans are saying, he has reiterated his claims dozens of times.

Ethan's response has been to insult the judge as a "crusty old fuck" and say he's appealing the decision.

All I can say is he better start conning all the goys he can because I doubt his shitty podcast will cover it.

I'd like to see a third party fact-check his claim about the judge's record with anti-SLAPPs, I bet he's being dissentious about that too. Jew.

I checked the original Tech Times article that was posted, and it says that 90% of anti-SLAAP cases are granted in the state of California in general, not that each judge grants them, nor that this woman in particular has a very low count. No idea if it's actually as low as he claims, but my guess is he told a lie that sounded truthy to try to paint himself as the victim.

I haven't followed this too closely, but it seems like that's just one part of the fact pattern, and is more to establish intention and malice than to be the main cause of action itself. I presume the fake negative reviews that Ethan encouraged people to leave would be the defamatory statements of fact.

There are plenty of spheres where Jews have a great deal of influence; finance, Hollywood, politics...

I don't think YouTube is one of those spheres. In reality, while his content circa 2015 was decent, his success was primarily predicated on the algorithm promoting his channel rather than his own talent. This is normal for most YouTubers. That said, he got so big he was no longer reliant on the algorithm to keep his numbers healthy.

He gets away with his behaviour because he's in with YouTube, he knows the people who run it and because they're corporate suits who don't want YouTube videos they probably think he's a great ambassador for the website...
