Its a game from a series of surrealist-horror-comedy games, I believe the official title is the “Strange Town” series but they are informally know as the “Of The Killer” series due to a shared naming convention, they are admittedly not much more than walking sims gameplay wise, but they have a great atmosphere, complemented by a fantastic soundtrack (here’s a link to the soundtrack if you are intrested: https://trashtronix.bandcamp.com/album/of-the-killer).
