Quit spergin, courts don't update immediately. The 9:30 time was likely just when court started, they have more to deal with than just Chris so it's possible Chris' case didn't even come up yet.
Sorry, guess I'm just tired of the same song and dance routine for the last two years. Court date is set, court lasts all day, they put off Chris's case because they don't want to deal with it anymore than they have too so by the time the court has to do something with the docket. They can schedule a continence to put it off further.

I can’t blame them; continuously extending Chris’ stay in jail has got to be way easier than finding housing for someone with all the issues he has. No impulse control, easily manipulated by trolls, no sense of responsibility, sex offender, hygiene issue, trooning out…… what living situation could deal with all that?
In these cattle call hearings with multiple defendants, most with public defenders, they usually try to get all the easy ones out of the way first. If someone's planning on doing any lawyering, they get moved to the end. You might have experienced this if you ever decided to get ornery about a traffic ticket (or something more important if you are not lucky).
We have confirmation the dept of behavior and mental health has reached out to A hone with the hope of getting moved into one. So we know they at the very least don't want him in jail any longer.

Chris doesn't want to show that he wants to become a member of society: he wants society to be obligated to him and his wacky views, and that isn't how the world works. Can you imagine if Chris didn't do what he did, it would have prolonged things: Barb's death, the bank's foreclosure of 14 BLC, and Chris getting kicked out into homelessness. Chris' demented sexual drive fast tracked something that would've happened in 10-15 years.
