Weird how Yahtzee spent years shitting on Ubisoft games yet still managed to get a job writing for them (on a game which he also then went on to rip the piss out of).

It's actually worse than that. He claims to have been gathering evidence on JKR for over a year, yet when the rubber hits the road all he can do is show guilt by association clips and articles; the majority of which, like the Helen Joyce clips, are actually perfectly reasonable if you're not already all-in on the Cult of Troon. He knew before he even started this video that he had nothing, and he still made it, because he knows his retarded audience doesn't care. He literally could have flipped off the camera and said 'there's my evidence, chuds' and his audience would have given him a standing ovation and demanded t-shirts.

Any way, I'm sad I wasn't here to report the moment he hit 800k but I spent the evening playing the Dead Space remake, which is actually pretty great (albeit absolutely doesn't justify the $70 price tag and they could have added more QoL changes). Strong 8/10 would recommend.

Jim Sterling is a transphobes greatest gift by basically proving them right and you've nailed it. He's literally everything they wanted. Hypothetically, if the trans people he so adores were supposed to be taken seriously, he's basically the case study for why they're attention seeking weirdos who just do it as a performance or sexual validation. From dressing up like a left over Chinese dumpling from last nights bad Chinese takeout and waddling around a wrestling ring, to falsely calling people fascists when he uses the rulebook from fascism to attempt to manipulate his audience using strong words like "fascist" to describe the enemy he's literally invented in his own head.

Jim, you're a hero to transphobes worldwide. You make them happy, rather than sad. You provide laughter, and they thank you. Part of me makes me think he does it for the fight, because he enjoys being the hero. It is a pretty fun watch, though. I like that Sterling is all too aware that when it comes to actually walking the talk, it's basically a handful of psychos on Twitter that only cluesless or opportunistic politicians take seriously. The release of Hogwarts Legacy has been pretty whitepilling for me because Sterling is actually right about all the support you see for LGBT, especially the T. It's all two-faced, half-hearted, and oftentimes coerced. Most people who support current thing are doing so because of some socially-engineered pressure to do so. Most people don't like being called a bigot, especially women, and so they go along to get along, but when it comes to even the slightest bit of effort to show support, they can't resist the temptation to buy Skyrim: Harry Potter edition. That's because they don't actually care, they just don't want the troon brigade to ruin their fucking life over it. And Sterling? They don't need your permission to enjoy it guilt-free, because they don't even like you and your kind. You're an inconvenience forced upon them by sadists in the elite class that get off on making people tolerate crazies.
EDIT: Also, that bit at the beginning about how the wizarding world is actually far less advanced than the muggles was genuinely pretty funny, but people were making those jokes 20 years ago. My friends and I joked in high school that Hogwarts would be absoutely curbstomped by your average SWAT team. You're not the "one who finally had to say it," Sterling.
