I decided to give it a look just so I can give a better screenshot, and I can confirm that he does follow Ina (checking by following both of them and see the result via that "followers you know" tab)



Even better, scrolling down through John Cena's rather looooong list of following resulted in a discover that he's also a deadbeat.
