It was relatively clear to me by shortly after the New Year that Ralph was living in a radius in northeast Mérida centered around the Plaza Altabrisa mall. I came to the conclusion based solely on the restaurants he would mention frequenting on his Twitter account and on stream either in person or by using food delivery apps.

On the previous page I explained my reasons why my preferred location for Ralph was the Maya and Paraiso Maya neighborhoods of Mérida which are within walking distance of Plaza Altabrisa. The key piece of added information since January 2 was Ralph disclosing that a restaurant located roughly a block south of the Plaza Altabrisa was only charging $1 USD for delivery.

This location posted by @Pit Viper Salesman is literally across the street from these neighborhoods and down the street from the Plaza Altabrisa. This meant that my attention was immediately attracted when the location was posted.

When checking for satellite imagery, I noticed that the address actually has a page on Booking.com under the name "Casa Altabrisa norte":

On the previous page, I mentioned two key details that I picked up on that were revealed by Ralph on his streams. These two pieces of information would most likely appear in rental listing photos and could clearly signify the correct property. The first was that Ralph stated there was a bunk bed in one of the rooms of the house. The second - the big one, in my opinion - was the presence of a set of these chairs that Ralph confirmed came with the rental:

This looks like a less humid, dirtier version of the outer suburbs of Manila/Quezon City in The Philippines.
Dirtier than the Island of Sea Niggers, is a pretty incredible feat.

Those are old window AC's. People began replacing them with mini splits 15 years ago. Minisplits are more convenient, power efficient, less noisy and cool better than those old models.

You can see that his neighbor replaced his Window AC too. You can tell where the hole was in the upper floor. Ralph wouldn't survive summer in Merida without a minisplit. Unless he is absolutely retarded he would be too cheap to save money by getting a place with no AC.

The houses are extremely close to each other (there is minimal separation with the house on the right, almost like a townhouse), so the neighbors are for sure hearing Ralph sperging out at all hours during of the day. Oh yeah, most houses are like that. It's annoying. I can't imagine living in a neighborhood like that. The majority of my aunt's city (Mexican border) has rows of cramped houses that have shared walls & next to nothing as space in the front or back that they can't even be called yards (which at least are private because they have high concrete walls).

However, their houses are of concrete & rebar so it filters out a lot of noise, unless the Ralphs have their widows open. In that case, I imagine the street to be filled w/his hollering.

My uncle lives in another state & his neighborhood has typical stand-alone houses w/private space.

Nah, telling you from experience, that's only out in the rural areas/ranches, not in the city. It's too much of a cramped concrete jungle to keep them.

While I would love to see a Ralphamale DSP-style tax beg arc, considering that the mexican government can't even keep the cartels from besieging their capital I doubt they can expend a lot of effort hunting down tax evaders.

So was the last one, but that didn't last. The fact Ralph is forced to use airbnb and booking.com to secure housing tells you everything you need to know about his credit and lack of financial stability. This is how our resident junkie Luna Slater lived of much of last year. He's on the same level as addicts who can only rent at weekly rate motels in the USA. Imagine paying all those additional middle man fees because no one would be willing to give you an actual lease.

Nobody is going to hunt Ralph down but his ability to cross the border with ease is going to be fucked either by his tax situation or child support issues. He can always return to the USA but it easy to flag someone in customs at re-entry and then ensure they can't leave the country again until they resolve the problems.

Yes, I've been saying this moving to Merida is the smartest thing Ethan has ever done. It's arguably the safest place in Mexico for a gringo, and since he doesn't have to rely on employment and instead funds his life by panhandling on the internet, it's very good for cost of living.
