European populist politics is very blackpilling.FvD has managed to become the most voted party once and they now have the largest group of legal members (that pay yearly dues). So in that sense they are legit.
Baudet has called EU bureaucrats reptiles, the moonlandings fake, the US behind september 11 attacks, did his maiden speech partly in latin. Got backstabbed more than anyone, in one case being in tears because his fling backstabbed him and took 80% of the partytop with her (but only 5% of the vote). In that sense they are a meme.
I vote FvD btw, but I don't think it matters. If he becomes a legit threat they'll just kill him like they did Fortuyn.
Not that they'll need to, they'll just pile on the nazi accusations again, which changed FvD from largest party to like 10th party. I even know a guy who doesn't even like FvD but claimed to be one to a journalist to help build these accusations and it got printed.

In this case he called Tate a "crypto FvD member" and as I said he asked the prime minister to ask questions of Romania/EU in regards to the incarceration and compared it to the incarceration of Willem Engel (a Dutch activist that was jailed for urging people to protest against Covid curfew, which was called illegal protest).
But it strikes me as wholly unnecessary, even an own goal, for Baudet to call Tate a crypto-FvD member. The guy's in jail, accused of various crimes, so you decided to associate your movement with him? It's the dissident angle he's going for? The COVID-scepticism? Aside from sending his Bugatti to the Netherlands for upgrades earlier this year, I cannot think of a single link Tate has to the country.
Has Zwarte Piet been cancelled yet?Amen.

Yes, the Netherlands is still quite good. But compared to how it was is unmeasurable how much things have Andrew deteriorTated.
