General Discussion for Virtual Youtubers / Vtubers / Chuubas - it's okay to be a simp for 2D, just don't thirstpost.

Michiru is playing Dark and Darker(DAD) with 2 other JP Vtubers(Kisaki Tetra and Togami Tetora)
Michiru's POV

Kisaki Tetra POV

Togami Tetora POV

This is the first time I've seen DaMichi playing with people outside of PC.
Please fishman, flesh out the JP branch. Michiru, Iori, and Nasa need a little sister or two.

Pippa watching MILF Manor with Kirsche.
The producers of this show were reeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeally banking on people tuning in to maybe see some incest hookups. This shit is so fake. I fucking hate TV so much. At least the rabbit and fox drown out most of it.

Bae and Gura are getting an original duet song

has cover ever mentioned a cap on talent recruitment?

i kind of dont want to see any more additions. they have a pretty good cast now with tight chemistry. even between JP and EN branches. i would rather them invest the money in the talents they currently have now.

would you guys rather see a new gen for hololive or what i just mentioned above?

Cover should still debut more members on a semi regular basis, as new gens or groups helps maintain interest, and make for an easier jumping on point for new viewers.

A lot of the fun of following a chuuba frome their start is the in jokes and history. It's much harder to jump in once a lot of that is established.

imo they can still maintain interest and by fully fleshing out in-holo ensembles like umisea or holotori. or debuting new projects instead. im sure they can think of alot of things that garners tthe same amount of attention through the same novelty of new as vtuber debuts, and probably save money while doing so.

i mean look at all the talent they have in holomyth alone. surely they can help them achieve even higher ambitions

I think Remi caused this, she got a bottle of Durex lube and I don't think she realized what it was. It says lube on the bottle but she thought it was massage oil.
lmao, Wemi is too pure/dum.
To be fair, with a lot of those products "Massage" is the most prominent text on the bottle.
As cursed as it is, it's also hilarious.

Mags, Bettel and the tranny hag larp as dwarfs.
Makes me want to see Vesper try Dwarf Fortress.

Yeah, they basically don't get anything. Even Mika revealed her new uniform was paid out of her own pocket. Then there's also that other who said pretty much no one in NijiID can get amy fanmails, and the management won't tell them anything about it
NijiID is pretty much a dead branch at this point, you should have seen people's reaction when HoloID2's 3D was announced, nothing but seething
What happened to Hana Macchia and NijiID? I haven't followed her since forever and suddenly she just dropped off the map. She used to have a sizeable following, is there any controversy that made her viewers leave her?

She said vtubers are just like E girls (True) but that killed her momentum
Is that it? How many time did she say and how did she say it to make such a drop in popularity? What happened to her dad? I remember she was doing regular streams with her dad at her peak of popularity. I heard he got political or something?

I mean we're at the point where even Strong Bad has put his snarky waggle-head into the ring on occasion.

It's actually been surprising to me that a lot of people don't get why, as an artform, vtubing is actually kind of neat. There's so many different types of vtubers and while there are a few hilariously well-known stereotypes by now (I.E. obviously horny archetype that's equally obviously a fetish character, ones with the funniest possible model/voice mismatch, etc), there's actually a lot of variety too. I mean, it's not really all that different from other forms of streaming content, people have been doing it with simple animated icons for themselves or 2D static images since god was a baby.

Appropriately, that also means you see a lot of good and bad if you go looking. Once again, like any emergent trend, you see a few people doing awesome and then countless people trying to ape it. Just like you have your Irate Gamers following after your AVGNs, you have ten squillion zero effort tubers for every competent indie tuber or Hololiver.

Funny how the Chaps put that out a while before Vesper, who's made several HSR references on stream, made his debut.

a weird choice of game. you normally play it with someone but he plays it alone?

i remember a clip about her dad shitting on people for saying being punk is not a political statement or something like that.
