I'm surprised he's as thin as he is with how much junk food/fast food he seems to eat. Also, I just measured a similar sized gift card thing that's sitting on his leg, it's 4 inches wide. It honestly looks like it could cover his thigh, that can't be healthy for a 20 something year old man.

He's sitting with his legs not touching/pressed down on the seat. If you're thin, you can do this thing while sitting down that makes your thigh gap huge, maybe someone less lazy can draw a diagram, but basically his thighs at this angle look thinner than when he's standing because the relaxed muscles are hanging down from the thigh bone and you're viewing it from the top.

It's still only possible with a BMI of 18 or under if you're a woman, so he must be extremely underweight for a man his height.
