You're more spot on than you may imagine. That clip is from the MTV show Wonder Showzen, which came from the same group of writers as Xavier, collectively known as PFFR. They also worked on Snoop Dogg's TV show. If you want a real deep cut, check out Final Flesh. It's Vernon Chatman's 4 act play about several families in the apocalypse. The catch is it is made entirely from nonsensical scripts sent to porn-for-hire companies.
