Apparently you are supposed to email the trslmania email account and they will reply to you with a sort of "form" you fill out where you give your location, some life circumstances, and an essay about why you want to join, what you hope to get out of it, and why you are wanting to get vetted now instead of earlier. I only know this because a friend of mine told me he tried to get vetted but after asking for his essay they said they were trying to contact the closest person they had to vet in person and never got back to him after that. So as for the IRL portion, I have no clue. Probably just doing a physiognomy check and trying to detect a faker. The vetting is probably not very good. TRS has let so many lunatics into their inner circle that they later disavow, I can't imagine they are able to keep their "lower ranks" any cleaner.

I've said before that I liked some Paranormies episodes. Laurel Canyon with Kash was good, Titanic, I think they did one on Helen Keller and the OKC episide was fire. I was never someone who listened regularly though. I like real-life conspiracies. With that said, I understand the appeal white nationalists have to conspiracies and why a conspiracy show would do well with white nationalists. After all, at the heart of white nationalism, is the believe in a so-called conspiracy called "The Great Replacement." Even though it's actually happening, intentional or not, the mainstream considers it a conspiracy theory. Jews running the media is a "conspiracy theory" to normal people who aren't aware, although it's becoming pretty mainstream these days. So I totally understand how a conspiracy show could really make a lot of people think about the JQ.

These days, the far right doesn't have too many friends and if you can get the conspiratards on your side, that's a good thing. The paranormies was a pretty successful show in doing that, I think.
