Its a clean cut case of neglect and abuse, and add to that the continuous intoxication and the needless nature of his outward aggression alongside his terrible treatment and denial of resources and finance for his first born would see Ralph being bent over and pegged by a judge, and not in a way he'd enjoy.

Ralph is also providing quite a lot of material if there was ever a court case. The 12 hour drunk streams show that he is intoxicated for a majority of his waking day and that he objectively does not bond with his daughter. Morris wouldn't even have to spend much time in discovery as the evidence is archived across the Internet with provable identity. Ralph really is his worst enemy.

People give Faith shit, but she's never knowingly put Xander's face out to the public. On Ralph did that with the express intent to fuck with her.
