Sam met Charls through Nick, who are childhood friends. I believe Nick talked about how he met Sam in a recent stream. It was through a mutual friend who was rooming with Sam at the time iirc. I believe they met around 2009 or 2010 (or at least that's when they started doing comedy together) because at least some of College Cunts was shot in 2010.
