So, if I get the thinking here, Tommy is saying that we are shielded by the fact that the government is an incredibly bureaucratic and ineffective entity, and that they don't give enough of a shit to put people on this.
I think that may be the first thing we agree on here, Tommy, but my question is how exactly you plan to overcome this? You are threatening us with criminal prosecution, then telling us that the criminal justice system doesn't give a fuck and doesn't have the teeth to come after us anyways.
I'm not sure I understand, but if we're safe so long as the government is an absurd clusterfuck, I'm feeling pretty good.
