Refusing to crack it would be a stand with the troons, refusing to touch the game DRM due to its controversy as a stand to keep "the wizard game" paywalled.Wouldn't refusing to crack Hogwarts Legacy own the trannies a lot more? and they worked in overdrive mode to crack it really fast too,in fact, exceptionally fast. Really makes you think.
Empress is one weird loony troon.
It's more the challenge for these types of people it was always about the challenge, bragging rights at being the person/group who did it first. If you aren't first you are last but if you fuck up the crack they will nuke your release. The autisim required to make cracks of games makes me think this is a self hating tranny
How is cracking a video game "supportive" of a creator? You're just stealing revenue from it. That's one of the most unhinged rants I've seen yet. I hate when everything has to be a political statement.
The typical argument is that if people like a game they play for free, they might buy an official copy later to support the creator (esp if it’s a fledgling indie studio/one man operation, part of a fandom, or on one side of a controversy). Thus piracy leads to sales that otherwise wouldn’t have happened. While I’m sure that happens sometimes, the vast majority of people who pirate games do it because they want to have games they like from creators they like without paying for them.He supports her ideology wise. She already got all the money from the game she'll ever make. Unless the sly bitch gets some percentage of every sale.
Besides piracy doesn't equal a lost sale. I wouldn't have bought it, but will play it for free to check it out.
It's like getting the True Ending in a VN
Every time I see some Reddit janny bullshit like this I see this image I shamelessly stole from the tranny meme thread
Better yet, you know where you gotta select yes or no to accepting whatever bs terms are usually in game?Currently downloading it. Will be incredibly dissapointed if one of the opening title cards isn't a an anti-troon goon cracktro. If not, It must be created.
And once created. It must be repackaged and sent to the public trackers for immediate sneeding.
Its the opposite, it was the troons who wanted a crack fast to own the developers.Refusing to crack it would be a stand with the troons
I used to pirate shit, but I stopped because it's a hassle and I'm not a poor child anymore. The typical argument is that if people like a game they play for free, they might buy an official copy later to support the creator. While I’m sure that happens sometimes, the vast majority of people who pirate games do it because they want to have games they like from creators they like without paying for them.
IMO media piracy is a net neutral thing and I couldn’t care less even if it did equal lost sales.
Not really, they can just download the crack and not send any money to her bitcoin.Holy fucking shit. This means now the militant troons have no way of playing Hogwarts legacy - buy it and you support transphobes, download the crack and you support transphobes.
GODSPEED EMPRESS!
The bitching about empress being or not being a troon for pages upon pages is just as autistic as the trannies themselves.Hard LoL @ all the people debating the actual natal gender of Empress. This reeks of insecurity.
That's not the way this works and you know itNot really, they can just download the crack and not send any money to her bitcoin.
I was very very on the periphery of the 90s scene. Shit back then was wild to get up first. One group I knew deployed multiple teams on scooters, one per disk, to get a copy of Ultima VIII the moment a distributor opened in the UK. They split up the disks and rode back to their places to parallel-upload the data to the cracker who then gave images to couriers (people with multiple modems) to parallel-upload it to the big scene BBS of the time. It's more the challenge for these types of people it was always about the challenge, bragging rights at being the person/group who did it first. If you aren't first you are last but if you fuck up the crack they will nuke your release.
There was a great amateur web series called "the scene" interesting insight into some of the workings.
