Diseased Rowling Derangement Syndrome - "TERF/Woke Author Bad!!1"

Censored because this was sent to me by a friend who is in this group. Context is little babies pissing their pants about Harry Potter themed Tamagotchis. Of course my friend got banned for such a horrible trans(heh)gression of calling people dramatic, which is a complete understatement on their part.

>it costs 0 cents to show some empathy
Gee, you know what, you're right. How about you lead by example and be more empathic towards the desires of children not wanting to have their genitals molested/mutilated?

imo the magic/fantasy setting in current time england is what makes HP so fascinating.
classic fantasy is very specific and hard to relate. If you have seen lotr, you've basically seen every fantasy movie.
The classic hero's journey formula gets boring pretty quick.

I wouldn't read the books or watch the movies again, but i can totally understand people still into hp.
For a childs book its perfectly fine the way it is. There should be more stuff like harry potter for an older audience.
On the other hand, with clownworld, where autism is a superpower and a fentanyl junkie considered a saint,
i guess we're living in this kind of fiction right now.

Right, Rowling gets credit for creating a setting that gives you a sort of feeling you don't get from other fantasy books. It's not a full magic world, nor is it a magic-and-modern integrated world (the latter of which leads to some plotholes/inconsistencies but that's another topic). There's a cozy world that, if it were real, you could pop in and out of as needed. It's fun to imagine going there like you can go on a vacation in real life. You have to come home, but that nice place is always there waiting for you. I'm not even a HP fan, in the sense that I read it as a child but there were other series I loved much more. But HP's setting was something special.

For an author who claims to not really be into the fantasy genre, she still managed to make some pretty solid world building that, even with plotholes, really stuck with people. Got to say, that's pretty impressive.

That's what I was wondering. I guess it's possible it's an actual woman, but I guess I still have a hard time thinking a woman would waste her time cracking a video game.

I wonder too. Women with the personality type to enjoy cracking video games do exist, they're just at the tiny tail end of the bell curve. If she is a bio woman, I can understand her getting so sick of trannies. It's one thing to be female in a male-dominated field or interest, it's a whole other thing when that field gets flooded with unwashed "women" touting cheap Party City wigs and sissy rape fantasies.

It's likely Empress is a team and the person running their social media presence is just LARPing as a woman.

Which makes it even more fun for me, because it would be someone pretending to be a woman, dunking on men pretending to be women.

I wanted to postulate this on the designated piracy thread, but I’ll just add my comment here. If it is just one person, and this person is involved with the actual scene, holy shit, that’s very impressive

Yeah, it may also just be a way of further shrouding their identity by saying they are a woman.

I'm sick and tired of this "GENOCIDE" shit I keep seeing everywhere any time someone refuses to drink the tranny kool-aid.
Playing Evil Wizard Game is not genocide because no one is responsible for what mentally unstable trannies do to themselves. If a suicidal troon decides to ACK themselves because they can't handle the world the only one at fault is themselves.
Nobody is killing trannies. Trannies are killing trannies and they can fuck off with trying to put the responsibility for that on anyone else.
They keep talking about laws being passed to kill off trans people but...where? Unless they consider HRT and childhood transition bans to be murder.

On the topic of Triggered Twitter Troons, anyone know why so many of them have "Minors DNI 🔞" on their bio? I know it means "underage users don't interact" just wondering why a huge portion of they/thems have that, if it's prevalent enough I should add it to the Doucheblock blacklist to save me some headaches
They post porn.

It's like Earthbound for magic, if everyone was retroactively made fags.

I'm going to pretend Empress is real. After this dunk, I don't care if she's a biowoman--I'm marrying this retard.

From a very spergy anti-HP group on Facebook (link). Stuff like this shows up there a lot. Still, it's reassuring to see the Laughs:Likes ratio is almost 4:1 at the time of writing. People aren't taking this seriously. And the comments will attest to that.

Show me the dojo anime that teaches the art of defensive responding with death threats.

This is news to me actually, thanks for bringing this to my attention. I'll check them out!
Jk writes damned good mystery stories. People like to lump the HP books into the fantasy genre - which is fair - but ultimately the big draw of the series is the mystery. I will admit that I am a faggy millennial and the HP books were a huge part of my childhood. The 4th book especially was a mindfuck near the end. Her non-HP books display that same mystery-writing skill.

She's not the most brilliant author who has ever walked the earth, but at the same time she is very good in her niche.

Side note: been playing HL for the last week and, while it's far from a perfect game, it gives potterfags exactly what they've always wanted: the ability to roam around Hogwarts and shoot people with magic.

They're afraid they'll accidentally groom someone.

I had to look this up because it's just too bizarre and found: https://tamagotchi.fandom.com/f/p/4400000000000691330

Hand wringing over HP and Rowling. And legit. They don't point our how she's bad or actual quotes just SHE'S A TRANSPHOBBBEEEE. I cannot imagine being such a sheep in a world where we literally have every information at our fingertips and you can outright read what she wrote.

Agreed, the last third of so of the 4th book was an absolute pageturner. Quite solid crafting of the twist, ngl. I still hope JKR can be arsed to write one or two books on how the wizards fought against Voldemort in the 70s, perhaps she does some worldbuilding, since I suspect the MoM of the UK is basically perceived as a North Korea-tier pariah since then (with the notable exception of the Fudge-administration).

They do. The reasoning is that by denying trannies their recognition as True And Honest Women/Men you're either causing generalized suicides, or preventing their "birth" as trannies, which is ironically analogous to mass-abortion campaigns. Yes, it's that fucking dumb.

A book about the first war against Voldemort would be fucking awesome. We can finally see how Moody got his Mad Eye.

And the seething from trannies would be legendary when the books sell like crack in Harlem.
