No court would ever try to trial a victim of statutory as an adult. It doesn't matter how old you feel she was. It only matters what age she actually was. In the eyes of the law, you victimized a child.

Also to answer one of your previous questions. Yes, pedophiles and rapists are branded for life by their crimes. That's the whole reason behind watch lists. To protect the public and allow them to know when potentially harmful residents are in the area. Pointing out a criminals offense does not make them a victim.
