Just posting this as a congrats for the thread to make it out of PG and in community watch. I only had a minimal understanding of this group when I was telling much of his past. Kudos for brining awareness to this as a whole.

Pretty much, yep.
The only things stopping them from being any more threatening are their lack of numbers and their retardation, which I think is mostly due to the general young age of their members.

Only time can tell. If they didn't terminate the servers (or close the systemd services), it could take less than 5 minutes to get back online.
Hopefully they stay dead for a long time.
