I like to go through my local busted newspaper and look at the funny names that get arrested in my county. One of them seemed like just a random string of letters.
The general rule of thumb is that if they have a beard and a teenagers face they are a woman hopped up on testosterone. Generally women do a better job of “passing” than men do so if you aren’t sure then “female-to-male” is a safe bet. The men just look like brutish caricatures of women with overdone make up, hair, and attire. Or just disgusting blobs like LFJ or Keffals.
