Yeah, but in this image, it indicates that the actual manufacturer is Beijing Yibai Biotechnology Co., Ltd., so I don't know if that registration allows them to distribute it. However, what stinks is that it apparently doesn't
have an ANVISA registration, like I said above. I don't know if it matters in other countries but yeah. I'm not that smart to get deep into the matters of law and such but it's all I gathered with a quick search.

ANVISA's website is a little confusing but it seems Otokonoko doesn't have any registrations there.

Nothing with Yibai too.

If there's another Brazilian Kiwi with more experience with registration and stuff to help to look into it with more depth, it would help a lot

Looked into the government's website, it's all public info. Same CNPJ but the name of the business is different, though same adress and all. The main activity here is different and is listed as "Other activities auxiliary to financial services not previously specified (Outras atividades auxiliares dos serviços financeiros não especificadas anteriormente)" and no secondary activities. Since it is an official website, I believe it's the most up to date information.
I decided to look into the kind of activity you can perform with that registration and here's what it is:
Other auxiliary activities of financial services not previously specified, such as:
#- mortgage brokers
#- the exchange offices
#- financial investment advisory services
#- intermediation services in obtaining loans
Which is... weird.
street meth is less suspicious than whatever is going on here

lol, It's like being surprised that the meth you got has been not made to labratory standards. fuck 'em.
According to all the filthy tweaker's I grew up around, there's no such thing as bad meth. You can cook that shit in a 2 liter and so long as you don't blow your hand off, it'll get you geeked.

Beijing Yibai Biotechnology Co., Ltd. is one of the Chinese suppliers he uses for raw estrogen powder. He then processes the powder (with other ingredients) into troonshine.

I can't find a source atm, but I remember from previous discussions that he gets the holographic loli packaging custom-made by some Chinese company too.

I don't doubt that if/when he's ever in a pinch, he tells inquiring authorities that the troonshine is entirely created by one of these Chinese companies - and he is just a humble intermediary or something. Plausible deniability.

A Reddit troon was wondering if Otokonoko troonshine was safe in this thread, and he also seemed confused about the "Manufactured by Beijing Yibai Biotechnology Co., Ltd." bit on the packaging. Someone contacted a Yibai Biotech representative, who confirmed that they only sell raw materials. The Otokonoko guy also posted in the thread, saying that "I write manufactured by them, just for customs purposes in my country".

Spoiler: He never came back with the lab results for his troonshine's purity. 🧐

Of course, he normally avoids all of these awkward questions from the authorities by claiming the troonshine is simply a beauty product:

I think equally worthy of being in a DIYHRT general is “Lena”, a Ukrainian man who supplied the same market Otokonoko did but in Europe. He’s apparently in charge of https://groups.io/g/MTFHRT and has written a guide on troonshine brewery full of insane rants about how evil doctors are for not dosing any man who asks for it with pregnancy-levels of estrogen on demand. He’s also active in the forum there, generally advising trannies against seeing doctors in favour of using troonshine.

Thankfully it looks like the Russian military intervention put him out of business, presumably he bravely fled from being conscripted on the first train out of Kiev.
Maybe it was his troonshine that got the Russians alarmed about supposed biolabs in ukraine and invaded them.

He claims he buys it instead of exporting it, so he gets nothing but the product being destroyed.

Most if not all drugs come from China or India, which is highly disturbing because I know plenty of pharmacists, and according to them, the only thing holding us from synthesizing our own stuff is the bottom line. This shit cost almost nothing to make, and the price is inflated thousands of times over.

Doesn't seem to be a major crime here, most he can face is probably a 6 month sentence(which will get suspended) or a fine.
I'm not a brazilian law expert, so i could be wrong, but seeing how most of our fitness youtubers sell or shill for steroids and get no problem, i don't see how a tranny would get much heat here.
I'm not an law expert either, but according to the experts I know who took a quick glance at the info contained here at KF, what he's doing in theory constitutes a crime called "Crime de Tráfico de Medicamento", which is a Federal Crime, and is considered a "heinous" crime. It's defined by Article 273 of the Brazilian Penal Code.

"Heinous crimes" ("Crime Hediondo" in Portuguese) is a category of crimes that "cause societal commotion and go against constitutional rights". Therefore, those crimes demand harsher punishments. At least in theory.

Brazilian Penal Code art. 273.png

"Art. 273": To falsify, corrupt, tamper with or change a product destined to therapeutic purposes:
Penalty: 10 to 15 years, plus fine.

Paragraph 1: The same penalty will be applied to those who import, sell, keeps the product with the intention to sell or, in anyway, distribute or deliver to the final consumer a product which has been falsified, corrupted, tampered with or changed.

Paragraph 1-A - Included among the products referred to in this article are medicines, raw materials, pharmaceutical supplies, cosmetics, sanitizing products and those for use in diagnosis.

Paragraph 1-B - The same penalties apply to those who practice the actions defined in paragraph 1 if the products are in any of the following conditions:
I - Not registered with the competent
Health Surveillance Agency (in Brazil, the agency responsible is ANVISA. I very much doubt he's done so)
II - That deviates from the formula registered at the Health Surveillance Agency
III - With the characteristics identity and quality necessary for its commercial selling (
might as well just say please, no cat hair in it! lol)
IV - With reduced therapeutic value or activity. (
God only knows what the things this kids inject do to their bodies)
V - Of unknown origin.
VI - Acquired from an establishment lacking licensing from the competent Health Surveillance Agency"
Again, not an expert, but I feel like this dude violated every single part of the law he possibly could.

All I wanted was to have a fat ass and my moobs to pass as boobs and now I'm dying of stage 2 kidney failure you fucking asshole. You didn't tell me it was a bad idea to buy off-market South American bathtub estrogen from a shady internet pharmacy behind my parents' backs. How the fuck was I supposed to know better? I'm only 14! Oof ow off I'm fucking dying you asshole cunt ow oww I'm fucking dying of hair poisoning you dumb bitch fuck you aaaa

This is literally going to kill children. Children are going to kill themselves. Not because of some TERF calling them mean names on the internet. But from a massive infection or contamination from these unsafe, unsanitary products.

Late and gay sure, but if people are killing themselves over mean words on the internet, then maybe messing up their body chemistry is not the most advisable course of action.

Someone so fragile that words on the internet will kill them, well whether they are transgender or what, they are just not made for this world.

Dude looked at the Código Penal and thought "oh yeah, a to do list"

It is technically illegal to import a prescription drug without a prescription, but I can't find a single instance of it being prosecuted. However testosterone is a different story, thats actually a controlled substance, and is illegal to sell or possess without a prescription, and that is actually prosecuted.
I'm actually curious about how many steroid junkies buy the testosterone to supplement their gains. I've seen my fair share of teenage roiders in the gym over the past couple of weeks.

About 3 weeks ago, me and a coworker were talking about how steroids will fuck with you mentally and physically. Later that day I went to the gym and I saw this kid who was about 17-18 years old wearing sweatpants with the local high schools name on it, a marine corps t shirt, and he was jacked, no branch of the military would take you while on steroids at that age. Absolutely no way he should naturally look like that at his age and the doctors at MEPS aren't retarded enough.

It is. It's typically the case that a country's drug laws will treat estradiol like prescription medicine like insulin or statins but will treat testosterone more like a recreational drug or narcotic. Schedule III is where the US has placed both testosterone and ketamine. It's all illegal but buying and selling controlled substances is going to get you fucked a lot harder.
Drug schedules are a legal/law enforcement concept rather than a medical one. Test is grouped with psychoactive drugs because of its abuse by athletes and roiders. Nobody takes estrogen to enhance their performance.

The suggestion to inject sketchy Aliexpress powder first and get blood tests later as an alternative to having a lab test a sample is absolutely the single worst piece of advice I've ever seen anyone give. Ever. Holy shit

Knowing troons, they're cutting the powder into doses on their filthy coffee table with a rusty razorblade and injecting it with the same needle they used 10 times, too.

Benzyl alcohol is bacteriostatic, which is distinct from bactericidal. A bacteriostatic retards bacterial reproduction, but it does not kill the bacteria present.

The contaminant looks to be a fiber from a synthetic textile. It is too thin to be human or cat hair, and its form in liquid suspension--where it can assume an "uncoerced" form--is unlike pet or human hair. There is no thickness and stiffness (typical of beard hair), gentle curvature, tight curling, tapering, or visible root. It doesn't resemble any category of human or animal hair.

But it doesn't matter what its precise identity is. What is salient is that it is a macroscopic contaminant. If your procedure for preparing injectables cannot exclude visible foreign bodies--i.e., things that you can see with the naked eye--then it will likely be unable to exclude microscopic foreign bodies. The fiber itself can harbor bacteria (and fungal spores). Even if--and this is a big if--there was no microbiological contamination independent of the thread, the fiber is sufficiently large--relative to microbes--that it could potentially introduce many thousands of microbes.

It is also irrelevant when the visible contaminant is introduced. The vials should be inspected and sanitized before use. Not performing this step represents a failure of the procedure.

An autoclave and a pressure cooker reach the same PSI and temperature:

[1]

k1fOCTPxhC_362.png
[2]

A pressure cooker can be a makeshift autoclave, but neither device will remove a fiber, pube, cat hair, or similarly (relatively) significant contaminant from a vial. The large contaminant will become sanitized, but it will likely be reduced to detritus particles by the pressure and temperature of the autoclave or pressure cooker. This crap will subsequently be injected deep into a muscle.

I am surprised that the (suspected) fiber did not disintegrate in the pressure cooker. I believe that either a pressure cooker was not used to sanitize the vials or was misused, and the required pressure, temperature, and time were not achieved.

The vials should have been rinsed with pure isopropyl alcohol. This would remove the fiber (or whatever the fuck that is).

In the final analysis, this brand of troonshine is of inferior quality. The raw powder form of the estradiol sourced from China is not subjected to any analytical procedure to determine purity. Further, a sterile technique is apparently not followed in producing the injectable product.

A clandestine lab can produce a good-quality pharmaceutical compound. Otokonoko Pharmaceuticals isn't such a lab.

The Brazilian tranny fulfilled 1000 orders in one series of production runs. He sells injectable estradiol for around 100 USD per vial (IIRC)*. His profit margin is large. The vials, benzyl benzoate, benzyl alcohol, chlorobutanol, sesame oil, and castor oil, are cheap. Purportedly good quality Chinese estradiol enanthate powder costs around 100 USD/kg. He can afford purity analysis for each batch of estradiol ester powder and testosterone ester powder and a new portable autoclave.

His market appears to be mentally ill retards, so he has no incentive to produce a good quality product. It seems they will buy any shit and happily inject it. Fuck them, I suppose?

Agreed, and Lena has form when it comes to including mysterious floating objects in the vials of estrogen he ships to customers:
I mean, I dunno pal, I wouldn't want to shoot myself up with something containing floaty bits. But then again, "kay848" from England, you're ordering from "Lena", helpfully labelling the vial in English and Russian (Э isn't used in Ukrainian Cyrillic). (Lena estrogen, archive; Lena homepage, archive)
Tony Reed / Erin Reed / erininthemorn pops up in that Reddit thread to say (essentially) "it's fine, just don't draw it into your needle".

The worst part is how well this feeds into the troon deregulation narrative. If they will buy and inject this contaminated filth, arguing for removing the prescription requirement so that these treatments can be produced by actual labs and sold for reasonable prices is actually going to be pretty persuasive. If it wasn't for the fact that they're pushing it on children, I'd even agree that estradiol probably should be an over-the-counter medicine.
If a grown man starts injecting himself with estrogen, at most what he'll accomplish is removing himself from the gene pool, whether that be from testicle atrophy or from 41%ing himself is irrelevant. From a societal perspective, it's a good thing. High testosterone is very strongly correlated with crime in general and violent crime in particular, and dosing men with estrogen does significantly lower their testosterone levels. If you wanted to, you could even argue that androgen blockers should be available as a correctional measure, both dosed while in prison/halfway home and mandatory after release/during probational period. More harmful medications than estrogen are already readily available in any grocery store. It's just that we know they won't stop at feeding their own fetish, they'll insist on having access to children, too.

Isn't injecting synthetic fibers into your body really fucking bad? I don't see how the body would process that shit in your blood or muscle, at least if it was a pube, since it's biodegradable, you could at least hope it would dissolve after a while, good luck with Nylon.

A relative got a bakery in her own home, it's amazing how she's anal about any germs or contaminants coming inside (she asks for us to wash our hands and remove our shoes first) and how she keeps the kitchen extremely clean.

This faggot can't even use coffee filters to pour the troonshine without hair or fibers.

100$? I thought the motherfucker sold them for 20$, assuming a 50% profit margin, motherfucker sells 6 and he makes more than minimum wage here, he sells 20 and he makes more than a engineer, he sells 40 and he's in ER doctor salary, he's fucking loaded by now.
Assuming he was financially not retarded, from his dox, it seems he isn't.
Had i made this scam, i would quickly move production into a warehouse or build a small clean room in a large house to pull this shit off, not do it in a 1-2 room studio.
