Eliza could easily become pregnant, or somewhat easily anyhow, by buying an egg and doing IVF. She's not too old to get pregnant with her own eggs, especially with some help from a reproductive endocrinologist, but if she's in a great big hurry to kick off a new arc with a pregnancy announcement, a donor egg pregnancy with or without a male partner on the scene is the quickest route. Time will tell. If she announces a pregnancy in the next couple of months, especially if she's past the first trimester, I'd put even odds its via donor egg.
