I agree with you that not one inch should be yielded to them, but Pikamee is a bit different than most vtubers. She was doing it before it was some easy way to cash a check and make money, it was a way for her to deal with being a weird shutin girl who got shit from other Asians for not being "asian" enough. What I'm saying is she already had some issues with bullying and having thousands of rotpockets threatening to track her down and telling her to kill herself was more for her to handle than it would be for you or I.
I hope this situation does solidify people's resolve and that more people begin taking the approach of telling trannies to shut up or find a rope, but even then, the scene outside of the big corpo world is populated by literal sad girls who are doing things with an anime avatar because they're already too shy to show face on camera.

For a little more context on the trans "bullying", Pikamee had not been streaming in January, so she was likely already having issues with streaming. She planned to return and stream Hogwart's Legacy, people went apeshit, so she didn't end up streaming it and has been MIA a couple weeks til she announced retiring today.
Rather than being chased off exactly, the troon shit was likely the final nail in the coffin.
