Nigger, this is because she lives in Japan. You get bullied or at least "othered" for being anything other than 100% Japanese here. I just don't understand the whole deal about being non-binary is. In the event the 'graduation' was planned ahead of time, simply trying to deny that the harassment had anything to do with it just makes it all the more conspicuous. There is no situation where this level of harassment should be tolerated and it comes off as trying to make harassment look less damaging than it is. A very poor move on the part of the troons since the Silvervane incident is still in recent memory.

It doesn't even matter, honestly, since now you have harassment under a big bright spotlight for all to see and permanently associated with the departure of an internet icon with a devoted fanbase. And the aggressors trying to backpedal HARD as if getting the person to stop playing the game isn't what they wanted. There's no way the troons come out of this looking good and they know it.

I would believe the "graduation was planned in advance" theory if the Hogwarts Legacy playthrough started at all. Doesn't look like it has. A grade schooler could figure out what's going on through simple deduction.

Anyone online enough to know about this Hogwarts/JKR drama is not a normie. If I spoke to an actual normie about vtubers or JKR being a TERF they would look at me like I have three heads.

The Hogwarts Legacy stuff has definately reached mainstream media, it's how I found out it made 850mil. My parents were in town a couple of weeks ago, they're independently aware of the HL shitstorm and they think it's utterly fucking insane. There's more normie traction than people think.
