This is something that latched on to my brain like a mind-tick that probably won't go away until I blather here about it:

Some of you might remember how Edinburgh Rape Crisis Centre hired a cross dressing man to be CEO in spite of the fact that the position was only open to actual women. You might also remember this lovely gentleman of gender had the opinion that women needed to reframe their trauma, and that bigots get raped too.

During Jim Sterling's Howarts Legacy tantrum, he made it sound not just that this center had been forced to close, but that Rowling had played an unseen hand in bringing this about in order to set the stage for her nefarious scheme of opening an actual women's only service.

Funny thing though. The man-run rape crisis center is still up and running. They went into 'lock down' by locking the front door and adding some stronger double doors inside to improve security following a consultation with police... in mid-October.

Seems like there's a lovely trans-inclusive center, government funded and ready to aid the boys in skirts in the darkest hours of their lives.. or at least help them creep on women's therapy groups. PL time, but [BIG TECH GIANT] just today changed their "Womens Network" to "Gender Equality Network" internally and released a statement how "all genders are now included" even though the rest of the alphabetti spaghetti have their own corners/spaces of HR and groups, they couldn't simply allow the Womens Network to exist as it was. You know, I'm getting really tired of this. I can't even look up to anyone proudly touting themselves as useful women in STEM because I spot the fucking Adam's apple.
