Even just getting into simple little crafts might do him some good, like collages or needlepoint or something similarly mechanically easy, cheap, and generally soothing or repetitive. Having something a bit mindless to focus on that results in something tangible that he could take pride in afterwards would probably be pretty positive for him, it's a thing they recommend to people dealing with anxiety and/or trauma to take their minds off of whatever they're distressed about and create something with very low stakes so if you fuck it up you don't have to beat yourself up about it. Yeah, she just does her makeup in a very unflattering manner. She lines her lower lash-line which makes her eyes look beady, which subsequently makes her nose look a bit beaky. Her foundation also doesn't quite match the rest of her body and leans really orange and really matte, which makes her look older and kind of mid-aughts trashy; the very ashy blonde color of her hair also clashes with the orange foundation and makes her look a bit ill. Honestly, she's a pretty girl who just doesn't seem to know how to style herself or what flatters her, which does align with her claim of body dysmorphia (sorry to the homie with the autistic missive about how she's sheeple or whatever, you should maybe head back to the pro-ana thread on lolcow with all of that charmingly misplaced rage). It makes sense to me that she'd be with a hyper-posi guy like Sander if she is actually recovering from BDD or an ED, it's pretty common for women to gravitate towards dudes who validate literally everything about them when they're working through self-esteem/image based issues like that, especially if they're kind of ugly like Sander where he's not wholly repulsive but no self-respecting woman would tolerate him, because they don't have to feel insecure about him cheating or other women trying to "steal" him.

Some girls would really 'wear something' than go out with nothing at all, even if their makeup skills are kind of shit or they do a style that doesn't actually suit them. Many would rather hide behind crayon drag brows than exist with their own because they think going out 'without their face on' makes them look unkempt or too bare, that a drawn on face in $current_year_style is better than their natural one. Quote marks because that's actually how I've heard it worded and I think it says a lot about the mentality.
Jeanette is one of the sickest people I've ever seen on tv or anywhere. She enjoys Jazz being upset, tormented and mentally ill. She has the worst case of munchausen by proxy ever, and disguises it as being a trans advocate.
