For Kuwaiti standards she has caused shit, I think it’s hard for a lot of people to realise the magnitude of living in sin in islamic countries, plus Kuwait has very strict guidelines about internet use and censorship laws. All this on top of wanting to emigrate on a tourist visa is very heavy stuff.

Also putting this aside she has created international embarrassment for this country flouting its laws and promoting loopholes and lies.

It's more of a continual theory I have had over the years. Her communication with her family over time has become non-existent. During the drug addiction arc they only helped once and that was the Funcle and not actually Kim. The stepfather also is barely in anything with Chantal and she never mentions him. Years ago she said he was a great dad but this was years ago and now nothing. She has omitted more and more of them in increments of time as though they had pissed her off. Chantal tells on herself constantly by slight things, she stops mentioning things or talks differently about something, e.g. wanting to kill BBJ, she ramped that up from September last year.

As for the visa stuff, Kuwait is very Charia and their laws are traditional their views on visas are also very traditional too. You visit, spend money and work and fuck off. Kuwait has a very small population in general and is easier to maintain as so few are on a database but are very law-abiding. That means controlling the other portion is a lot easier and hence why forcing out non-citizens is happening a lot.

In the end, Kuwait has a population smaller than Montreal and only 25% of those 4.25 million people are actually citizens. Remember too even though they say she can go, they can deny her at the gate as can any country.

I think Chantal is panicking because she is broke and cannot get to Salad to control him. Meanwhile, her life in Canada is destroyed and she has sacrificed everything.

From my experience, it's highly unlikely that a veterinarian would put a cat of BBJ's age under local or general anaesthesia without first taking a blood test to ensure it's safe to do so before proceeding.

Edit to include general anaesthesia (usually used for dental cleaning and extractions if necessary).
