Matt Hale, the head of the World Church of the Creator (now the Creativity Movement), a white supremacist group, was denied a law license despite passing the bar exam because of his views. The denial was upheld too.

EDIT: He's in prison, or was, for plotting to kill a federal judge who ruled against him in a copyright suit over the name of his organization.
